So much violence, fear and destruction in the world. In Ukraine, Gaza, Sudan – ordinary people suffering from the actions of overheated men who seek revenge, more power, more land … at the cost of mainly women and children. Sometimes it is too much to handle. I painted this in one afternoon, just to get all the violence out of my system, wondering why ‘leaders’ don’t learn from history …
