It helps me to study the masters I admire. I learn a lot from them, while at the same time incorporating my own ideas into them.
In this painting, I enjoyed using only the three basic colors – red, yellow, and blue (and of course a little white). With these, I can create any colors I want. I love the intensity of this painting.
