Still life with blue teapot

After a few weeks in which I hadn't touched a brush, I finally sat down at the easel again. I felt like painting a still life. It seems so easy, but I struggled with the colors and the composition. It has quite a few layers by now. After four days, I was somewhat satisfied with it, and then it took me another two days to refine some details.
